The 1988 Formula Racer is a 1:8 scale display model inspired by the turbo era of Formula 1. Low, aggressive, and unmistakably 80s. This is where it all started for STL Labs, and it shows in every detail.

Fully printable on any FDM printer, the 1988 features an exposed engine and gearbox with optional rotating wheels. Dowel and screw reinforced structure keeps everything tight and solid.

One note: this is the oldest model in the lineup, so expect a more involved build than the newer releases. For experienced builders, that's half the fun.
